Covid 19 attractions industry eopening toolkit Mobaro

Mobaro, a provider of online maintenance and safety solutions, is making its platform available to support the safe reopening of attractions in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic.

Mobaro is pleased to announce that it is making its platform available to help attractions prepare to reopen safely and to implement new COVID-19 guidelines.

“We have been engaging with numerous industry professionals throughout this crisis, and two questions keep circling our attention: ‘What should be done?’ And ‘How are we going to do it?’” says Henrik Have, CEO at Mobaro.

“Already, the safety aspect of e.g. an amusement park is fundamental to its operation,” says Have. “So, now when the requirements are increasing and topics like health and hygiene are even bigger issues than before, there is a greater need for getting procedures in place in a manageable way.”

The company has consulted guidelines published by governments and industry organisations in order to compile a simple and straightforward series of checklists and workflows, so that attractions can begin to plan for a safe reopening.

This ‘Reopening Toolkit’ includes several ready-to-use checklists that deal with some of the typical aspects of a park or attraction. It is designed to help operators check and document their compliance to the new guidelines throughout their property, including in areas such as rides, bathrooms and food & beverage. It also provides a full dashboard-style overview of the whole site before reopening.

As a courtesy towards its friends and colleagues in the attractions industry, Mobaro is offering this coronavirus-specific content and access to the digital platform free of charge for the upcoming season.

The company also recently announced that it has been selected by Hersheypark to digitise the park’s safety, maintenance and operations routines, providing a paperless inspection system for the much-loved attraction.
