Three new Nickels & Dimes Inc. Tilt Studio locations in Hawaii will use Embed as their cashless, point of sale and redemption centre management system provider.

Two of the new Tilt Studio stores, owned by Nickels & Dimes Inc., will be opened in the Pearlridge Center, the second largest shopping centre in Hawaii. The centre is located in the city of Aiea. The third will be placed in Prince Kuhio Plaza in Hilo.

The additions will bring the number of Embed installations for Nickels and Dimes up to 13.
Tilt Studio is a premiere chain of family entertainment centres, found in malls across the US. Their popular locations feature dozens of arcade games. In addition they also offer family attractions such as mini bowling, black light mini golf and laser tag.

In addition to Tilt Studio, Nickels & Dimes also operates over 30 Tilt Arcade locations.

The company uses the Embed system widely in its centres. They rely on it for the cashless, ticketless operation of games. In addition it’s used to manage their extensive redemption centre. Embed Point of Sale is used to handle food and beverage sales, including party and group functions. The Online Party Planner allows customers to book parties quickly and effortlessly, making deposits from the comfort of their own home.

“Embed has had a long partnership with Nickels & Dimes,” says John Keys, Strategic Accounts Manager for Embed. “We are excited to continue our partnership as they expand into the Hawaiian Islands.”

“We have partnered with Embed for many years, and we value the long-term relationship we have with them,” comments Kevin Jordan, Senior VP of Operations for Nickels & Dimes.

“Their system is reliable, their installations go smoothly, and they’re willing to be flexible to meet our needs. There is no other company we trust to handle a project of the magnitude of our new Hawaiian locations.”
