Picsolve Acquires Maxifoto and Nets Europe’s 3rd Largest Theme Park

Picsolve, global image capture partner for the leisure and entertainment industry, has acquired Maxifoto International B.V., the industry leader in ride and event photography in Northern Europe.

It is a key step in the company's plan for global expansion.

Founded over thirty years ago, Netherlands-based Maxifoto was the first to install a high-resolution digital ride photo system in the UK. The company's employees bring a wealth of experience and passion to the expanding Picsolve team.
