The digital content capture specialist Picsolve has announced its latest partnership with Merlin Entertainments. The company has secured a five-year deal to provide images at five of Merlin’s London attractions.
This means Picsolve will remain the content capture provider of choice at some of the British capital’s most iconic attractions, including Madame Tussauds London, the Coca-Cola London Eye and London Dungeon. In addition, it has picked up new wins with DreamWorks Tours: Shrek’s Adventure! and Sea Life London.
Visited by millions of tourists from around the world each year, these attractions are implementing several different solutions from Picsolve. At each of the sites, visitors can buy a range of merchandise, including panoramic prints, video content and photo books.
Among the Picsolve products now on offer in London are its green screen technology and Experience Wall – a collection of floor to ceiling HD screens which turn chroma green for a split second while visitors are photographed. Post-production effects are then added to the image.
Picsolve is also set to launch a new version of its Super Selfie at the London attractions soon. This panoramic new ‘selfie’ captures visitors and the destination in a way they couldn’t achieve on their own phones.
An ongoing relation with Merlin

Picsolve boasts over 500 installations in attractions across the globe. This latest partnership with Merlin cements its position as the industry’s leading European content capture provider. Late last year it also signed a deal with the attractions giant in Asia-Pacific and the Middle East.
