Polin Supplies Waterslides to Splashworld Provence Waterpark

News

Innovative waterslide developers, Polin Waterparks, has supplied all the waterslides to the Splashworld Provence waterpark in France.

The first phase of the tropically-themed Splashworld Provence opened at Monteux in August. Highlights include the Huricana Sliiide – Europe's tallest free-fall slide at 33 metres, the eight-lane Aloha Racer – the region's largest racing slide and the Banzaii Bomber – an 18-metre high 'rocket-launch' free-fall slide.

The park also features the region's longest toboggan slide and longest leisure river.

Frederic Bouvard, founder and CEO of Splashworld, was keen to ensure that the park's offerings were truly one-of-a-kind. He worked closely with Polin, personally overseeing all the slide paths and slopes. He praised the quality of Polin’s products and, in particular, the flexibility of its designers: "They truly want to produce what you want and are not constantly trying to convince you that their off-the-shelves product is what you need!"

Splashworld covers 45, 000 sq metres and can accommodate 6000 guests. Phase two will include a giant surf pool.

Bouvard: "Polin Waterparks has proven itself to be not only a professional supplier but also a reliable partner. Their dedication is second to none, and I would highly recommend any waterpark or other leisure venue developer interested in a first-class attraction to consider Polin Waterparks."
