The Italian company Red Raion, which prides itself on being the attractions industry’s first VR movie production company, will be exhibiting soon at the DEAL trade show in Dubai for a second consecutive year.
Now in its 25th year, Dubai Entertainment, Amusement and Leisure (DEAL) takes place from March 25 to 27. Visitors to the event at the Dubai World Trade Centre will be able to enjoy a preview of Red Raion’s new CGI movie Peter Pan – Saving Tinkerbell.
Inspired by the original Peter Pan story, this re-adaptation offers audiences an exciting adventure across and beyond Neverland in a quest to rescue Peter’s fairy friend. Viewers will witness Neverland’s beautiful landscapes, including fields with charming creatures and what appears to be an Indian reservation.
The tale of Peter Pan has been adapted so that it is suitable as a ride film. DEAL attendees will be able to experience this and additional Red Raion productions on a Gravity 360° simulator from Ferretti International. The hardware manufacturer, also from Italy, has been exhibiting at the Middle East exhibition since 1999 and boasts of many installations in the region.
Other movies set to be showcased on the 3-seat simulator at DEAL will include Inferno, Aztec and Pinocchio – a Modern Tale.
