The Town of Yarmouth, Nova Scotia, has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) to qualified consultants to complete a Concept Design and Feasibility Study for the proposed Arts and Culture Centre).
The Study will develop a Concept Design with associated Feasibility Analysis that will be used to support funding applications.
