Semnox Solutions, provider of cashless payment solutions, has announced that its flagship product, Parafait, has received the Payment Card Industry’s Payment Application Data Security Standard (PCI PA-DSS) Version 3.0 certification.
The PCI PA-DSS is the most exacting security standard in the industry for personal information protection and e-commerce transactions.
Originally established by global credit-card firms, it is now a required standard enabling the creation of a secure environment for companies processing, storing or transmitting credit-card data over the internet.

To achieve PA-DSS compliance, Semnox partnered with Control Case, a Qualified Security Assessor (PA-QSA) approved by the PCI-SSC council to conduct the PA-DSS assessments and to complete the required Report on Validation.
Compliance with the industry’s most stringent set of security criteria has enabled Parafait to be included on the PCI SSC’s list of Validated Payment Applications.
