SPREE Interactive, a provider of family-friendly free-roam VR, has announced the installation of its VR attraction at Sky Zone Trampoline Park in Metairie, LA.
SPREE Interactive is pleased to announce that it is bringing its free-roam VR experience to the popular Sky Zone Trampoline Park in Metairie, Louisiana. The kid-friendly VR solution has a high-throughput, with the capacity for up to 20 people to enjoy the experience at the same time, in a fun group setting.
“Our active, family-friendly content makes SPREE extremely easy to integrate into Sky Zone’s other offerings because it’s mom-approved,” says SPREE Interactive director of sales Paul Collimore, “SPREE’s 10-players-to-1-attendant ratio also makes it the most cost-effective system on the market.”
“For Sky Zone, this is VR content tailored for the younger audience found at our trampoline parks,” says Donovan Duplantis, GM of Sky Zone Metairie. “SPREE Interactive’s high throughput also makes it a perfect attraction for kids’ birthday parties, our most popular group purchase.”
A unique experience
As part of the installation at Sky Zone, SPREE will be presenting its new VR game “Extreme Anteater” for the first time in the US. This easy-to-play game was produced entirely in-house by the company and brings players a social and fun interactive experience.
Sky Zone is now part of the CircusTrix brand, which has over 320 active entertainment venues. Sky Zone Metairie is a popular destination for families and is home to several fun trampoline attractions. It also hosts many birthday parties and other events and is one of the busiest FECs in the area.
SPREE’s brightly coloured and non-violent VR system is an ideal choice for family entertainment, with its low operating expense and small footprint. The company has been busy touring it’s products at leading trade shows this year, with visits to CTX and IAAPA Europe. Attendees at next week’s IAAPA Expo in Orlando will also be able to see SPREE Interactive products in action at booth #E7031 and can book a demo by email.
Earlier this year, the company announced a successful opening of its VR attraction at Airtime Trampoline Park in Nuremberg, Germany. By serving an average of 10 participants per group, the attraction catered to over 50 birthday parties in a single day on its opening weekend.
