Strategic Horizons LLP, the thinking studio, is celebrating the re-release of The Experience Economy and co-founder Joe Pine is speaking at HBR Live this December.

Strategic Horizons is pleased to announce that Joe Pine will be presenting at HBR Live: The Experience Economy, which takes place at The Shard in London, UK, on 2 December. Pine, along with co-author Jim Gilmore, has produced an updated version of their classic text The Experience Economy. This contains a new preview that puts the Experience Economy in today’s context.

Time, attention and money

experience economyThe new edition of The Experience Economy has a new subtitle: Competing for Customer Time, Attention, and Money. In the updated version, Pine and Gilmore explore why companies must stage an experience that is worth their customers’ time and attention in order to encourage them to spend money.

It is published by Harvard Business Review Press and is being celebrated at HRB Live: The Experience Economy, where Pine will be speaking about the new ideas, frameworks and examples included within. Pine is also speaking at BlooloopLIVE UK 2019, which takes place on 5 December in London. Held in association with PwC at their global HQ on Embankment, the conference features key industry thought leaders from the themed entertainment and visitor attractions business. During the one-day event, they will explore developments and trends across the industry.
