Last year, Strategic Horizons announced the release of an updated edition of The Experience Economy, with new content.

The new edition of the text now features an additional subtitle: Competing for Customer Time, Attention, and Money. In the updated version, Pine and Gilmore explore why companies must stage an experience that is worth their customers’ time and attention in order to encourage them to spend money. Pine also spoke to Blooloop in 2019 about the evolution of the concept.
