World-class experience delivery company, Sysco Productions, has been shortlisted for the AV Awards 2018.
Two of the companyās projects are up for nomination for the awards, considered one of the highest accolades in the AV industry.
Syscoās work on āThe D-Day Storyā museum in Portsmouth, UK is shortlisted in the Entertainment Venue of the Year category. The exhibition focuses on the human side of the story and emotional aftermath one of the greatest military operations in western European history.
The company used a variety of audio visual technology to transform the exhibition spaces including large-scale projection mapping and interactive displays. One highlight is a āPepperās Ghostā illusion bringing visitors face-to-face with soldiers seated in an original landing craft, complete with audio soundtrack and internal monologues from the men on board.
Under the Corporate/ Enterprise Project of the Year category is Syscoās work on Fen Court, the first Generali Real Estate development in London. Sysco integrated a large-scale installation of a 180m sq LED screen suspended face down from 9.5m high, transforming the public highway into an experiential encounter.
