The Daily Planet's Lucas Cochranon of Discovery Channel Canada, had an exclusive look behind-the-scenes at American Wave Machines' SurfStream® SS6032 system currently being installed at the Nashua's Surfs Up surf park in New Hampshire.
Set to be the largest stationary wave surfing system in the world, Lucas and his team spent the entire day on site to capture an under-the-hood view of the ground-breaking technology in action.
American Wave Machine's founder, Bruce McFarland, interviewed with Lucas (above) and he was then given a surfing lesson (below) from AWM team member John Luff. The whole team had a blast showing him how the technology creates real waves and an exhilirating surfing experience. By the end of the day the TV host was surfing like a natural!
