TopTix Provides Advanced Ticketing and CRM Solution to Japan Society

Ticketing software specialist, TopTix, has provided its SRO4 software solution to the Japan Society.

The non-profit will be using the web-delivered technology and API-based system for ticketing, CRM and marketing.

The society hosts over 100 events annually showcasing Japanese art and culture in its 262-seat theatre. The venue also features an art gallery, language centre, library and conference rooms.

SRO4 was chosen for its ability to offer flexible ticketing, an easier buying process and an improved online experience.

Lawrence Kong, Director of Information Technology was quick to praise the TopTix implementation and support teams: “They were onsite with us during our transition, responsive to issues which arose during the implementation and answering our questions in a timely manner, ” he said.

TopTix’ flagship platform, SRO (Standing Room Only), currently supports over 500 institutions, processing 80 million tickets a year.
