TopTix Provides Advanced Ticketing and CRM System to Clay Center, West Virginia

News

Leading ticketing and CRM specialist, TopTix, has provided its advanced ticketing system SRO4 to The Clay Center for the Arts and Sciences of West Virginia.

The venue was keen to access an all-in-one system that could transform its customers’ online experience.

Robert Rosano, Vice President of Theatres and Sales was quick to praise what he called SRO4’s impressive web interface: “We also liked the rules-based engine, which makes it much easier to control what is happening in the system instead of having to constantly make changes at the show level.”

The ability to offer password protected pre-sales for performances on the Clay Center website was another key factor. Plus, the SRO4 Groups module allows the Center to manage all aspects of school visits – from creating timetables to allocating guides to customising and emailing relevant documents.

“SRO4 will allow us to better serve the needs of our patrons as an organization, ” commented Rebecca Gillispie, Chief Financial Officer, Clay Center. “When going through the selection process, we were impressed by the range of functionality provided by SRO4.”

Founded in 2000, TopTix’s SRO (Standing Room Only) platform is used by over 500 institutions in 16 countries, processing 80 million tickets a year. Clients include museums, theatres, festivals, stadiums, arenas, sporting organisations, concert halls and other visitor attractions.

“We are delighted that SRO4 will serve both the Center’s diverse ticketing needs and customer experience goals, ” said Fred Maglione, Executive Chairman of TopTix Americas.
