Leading US-based VR technology experts, VRstudios, and Korean 4D entertainment company, Simuline, are joining forces to deliver brand new experiential products to the location-based entertainment industry.
The two companies will be showcasing their products at the DEAL Expo 2016 in Dubai, April 19-21.
The strategic distribution and product development partnership will allow Simuline to distribute VRstudios’ products and services via their extensive global network.
Isaac Ha, Head of Overseas Sales, Simuline, described VRstudios as a global powerhouse in VR entertainment solutions: “VRstudios’ flexible VR platform, distinctive abilities, and long-term customer engagement approach make them an outstanding partner to enhance our offerings to customers and partners. Working with VRstudios will bring new ways to differentiate Simuline from other attraction companies.”
“VRCade is very impressive system, ” confirmed Nabil Kassim, Managing Director of Warehouse Of Games Ltd. “The content and play is awesome. Simuline has a winner with this product and we are very happy to distribute this product in the Middle East.”
This latest deal further highlights the growing interest from LBEs in the provision of VR attractions to tempt ever more tech-savvy customers away from their home-based consuls and headsets.
“No in-home experience can begin to approach this combination of Simuline’s 4D active simulation with our full-motion VR. That’s the aim of so many global entertainment firms that contact us, ” commented Mary Jesse, Chief Strategy Officer at VRstudios.
“They don’t want to offer what will soon be available in the living room.”
