Franceen Gonzales is chief experience officer at WhiteWater, the leading water park manufacturer.
Gonzales has outstanding credentials as a park operator, serving in management positions at Golfland Entertainment Centers Inc., Waterworld Safari in Arizona, and Wet ’N’ Wild Waterworld in Texas. Previously, Gonzales worked as vice president of risk management and water parks for Great Wolf Resorts.
Since becoming part of WhiteWater seven years ago, Gonzales has led her team in supporting the development of several projects in the Americas region. She has also travelled widely and is familiar with WhiteWater customers across the globe.
Gonzales was named chief experience officer at the company in 2021. In her this role, she helps WhiteWater to continue to elevate the customer journey.
