Vantage innovation session blooloop v-expo

WhiteWater, a leading waterpark manufacturer, and Vantage, the smart park platform, will be presenting a session on using data to improve the guest experience at blooloop V-Expo next week.

WhiteWater and Vantage are pleased to announce they will be hosting a special educational session at blooloop V-Expo, looking at the power of data. The fully-virtual blooloop V-Expo takes place from 13 – 15 October and features an impressive line up of speakers from across the attractions industry.

The talk is entitled The Modern Venue’s Hidden Superpower and takes place in the Innovation Auditorium at 9 pm BST on Tuesday 13 October.  It will be presented by Phillip Edgell, President of Vantage, and Franceen Gonzales, Executive VP of Business Development at WhiteWater,

The power of guest data

The attractions industry has seen huge technological advancements over the past few years and is poised for change. In this session, Vantage and WhiteWater will explore how the way we understand customers is changing, and how guest expectations are evolving too.

Having grown accustomed to a level of personalization in everything from retail loyalty programs to online streaming recommendations, consumers are prepared to share their information in exchange for tailored experiences. Being able to meet this demand, along with effectively using this new influx of data is what will make hospitality and location-based entertainment venues successful in the digital age.

This innovation session will show attendees how to collect, analyze, and distribute data to improve guest experiences and refine your operations.

Earlier this year, WhiteWater announced that it was working on offering contract tracing solutions through its Vantage platform, in order to help combat the spread of COVID-19.

The full agenda for the blooloop V-Expo has now been revealed. Registration is free for this unique three-day event, which boasts a packed schedule of keynote speakers, panel discussions, live Q&As, networking sessions and more.

The annual Blooloop 50 Theme Park Influencer list will also be announced during the event, alongside the inaugural Blooloop 50 Museum Influencer list.
