RocketRez to preview new mobile guest experience platform at Arival 360 conference

RocketRez RocketPass

RocketRez, theĀ end-to-end cloud ticketing platform for tours and attractions, has announced plans to attend a major trade event in Las Vegas, US, and showcase the firm’s latest product – RocketPass.

RocketPass transforms guests’ mobile devices into a digital wallet for the purchase of food & beverage, retail items, and additional ticket packages. Acting as a modern marketing tool, RocketPass sends real-time notifications to guests with attraction news and promotions such as retail offers, weather alerts, and wait times.

RocketPass helps to gather data for RocketOffice, a data and analytics engine which provides operators with consumer behaviour insights including which guests are likely to spend more, which are the most satisfied, and where opportunities lie to provide a more personalised experience.

Attendees can visit the Networking Lounge for a walkthrough of the RocketPass Web App, experiencing what the mobile guest experience platform can achieve for attraction visitors. Appointments with the team can be booked in advance using the SwapCard app or on RocketRez’s website

Demonstrating tech potential

Alternatively, attendees can join the tech specialist at its sponsored Demo Lab to see RocketPass in action. The ‘RocketRez: Personalized Mobile Platforms and the Data-Driven Customer Journey’ session will be led by product expertsĀ Alejandro MoxeyĀ and CEO John Pendergrast, who will explore RocketPass in a special presentation. The duo will explain what the system looks to achieve and how it can be used to drive additional revenue.

The RocketRez Sponsored Photo Booth will enable event guests to take a fun souvenir home, by taking selfies to share online or group shots of colleagues for a fun group activity. The booth will feature a range of virtual backgrounds, with digital photos being accessible from a web portal, or retrievable by scanning a RocketPass at the RocketRez meeting spot.

ā€œWe feel that tour and attraction operators have spoken, and are looking to software vendors to provide a flexible platform to automate manual processes, enhance customer experience, and analyze data from many touchpoints,” says Moxey, head of sales at RocketRez.

“These have always been our goals, and I believe the release of RocketPass will push us to the forefront of the industry in delivering these outcomes.ā€
