Semnox Solutions, a provider of technology for the entertainment and amusement industry, has announced that last week’s IAAPA Expo was one of its most successful events to date.
Kiran Karanki, Semnox CEO says “This was one of IAAPA’s best shows! It was clear how much the industry missed IAAPA in 2020.
“For us, IAAPA 2021 is undoubtedly one of Semnox’s most successful shows. While it was great to meet with customers, suppliers and friends, the quality of leads were mind-blowing.”
The tech firm was one of this year’s IAAPA Expo official sponsors, supporting the IAAPA Rookies and Newcomers Program. The scheme, which is designed especially for industry entrants, had a special focus this year on FECs. Over the course of three days, attendees were given tours of local venues, education programming, and a special reception attended by Semnox’s Brian Duke.
Aa a feature of IAAPA Expo’s Trade Show Floor Tour, the Semnox booth provided attendees with an interactive showcase of its Parafait FEC and Tixera Park Solutions.
Klaimprize, Semnox’s Self-service redemption kiosk received second prize in the Brass Ring Awards in the Best New Product (Technology Applied to Amusements) category. The firm’s Radian Notification Wristbands were also a finalist in the Best New Product Concept category.
Semnox also participated and presented an IAAPA Edu Talk session this year, led by Bepin Jose, Semnox Solutions LLC president with Mike Abecassis, owner and CEO of Gametime.
The duo discussed the advantages of safe and secure technological spaces, which are making it easy for businesses to transition to self-service offerings at FECs and attraction venues.
The interactive session was aimed at providing its audience with insights on how to optimise business operations, by utilising self-service technology such as automated kiosks, mobile apps, vending machines and digital readers.

Semnox also hosted a popular gathering of customers and industry friends on 16 November, providing additional opportunities for discussion and networking.
Semnox’s Jose says “Team Semnox thanks our customers, partners and friends from the amusement industry that attended our event at Gametime Kissimmee, FL.
