Dronisos, a leading drone light show specialist, has confirmed its status as an Official Technology Provider with Disney will continue with the commencement of a new Marvel nighttime drone show, Avengers: Power the Night.

The announcement was made during the unveiling of the 30th Anniversary Grand Finale at Disneyland Paris earlier last week, as a sign of the entertainment company’s confidence in the aerial entertainment supplier.

Since 6 March 2022, Dronisos drones have mesmerised visitors every night with the award-winning Disney D-Light display.

Breathtaking displays

The Disney D-Light display marked the debut of drone technology in any Disney Park’s daily outdoor entertainment. Avengers: Power the Night, a second spectacle with a drone display, will debut at the 30th Anniversary Grand Finale. Visitors may see this breathtaking new nightly drone show, which will use the full power of the Marvel Universe to illuminate the skies above Walt Disney Studios Park, from 28 January to 8 May.

The first Marvel drone performance to be presented daily in a Disney Park features cutting-edge projections, pyrotechnics, and as many as 500 Dronisos drones.

Powerful storytelling

This special partnership with Europe’s most popular tourist destination – which has received more than 375 million visitors since it first opened its doors in 1992 – is a validation of the years of work Dronisos has put into developing the security and dependability of its drone show systems.

Dronisos is a pioneering drone entertainment company with a long list of firsts under its belt, and the production of these shows is the result of months of cooperation between the entertainment teams of the theme park resort and the artists and engineers at Dronisos.

“As an Official Technology Provider to Disneyland Paris, Dronisos is proud to be able to contribute to the development of immersive and spectacular experiences at the parks,” says a company representative.

Ben Spalding, a live entertainment producer at Disneyland Paris adds: “It has been yet again a great experience to work with Dronisos on our new show, this time with five hundred drones! Onwards and upwards.”

The 30th Anniversary Grand Finale will last until 30 September 2023, providing guests with a final chance to enjoy the unique performances made possible by the Disneyland Paris and Dronisos partnership.
