Latest tech and trends to be shared at the amusement industry trade show

Smeetz, a provider of a unified commerce solution powered by AI sales optimisation for visitor attractions for leisure and cultural attractions, will be making its debut at IAAPA Expo Europe next month.

The company will be showcasing its new vision of helping attractions and venues to provide unified commerce, displaying its latest innovations in the RetailTech arena and providing a closer look at its latest POS solution. 

Smeetz will be meeting customers and prospective clients at Booth #4009, with this year’s event taking place at ExCeL London, the exhibition and international convention centre. Smeetz is inviting attendees to participate in free product demonstrations and attend a masterclass about ongoing trends in the attractions industry.

Intelligent pricing

Smeetz is a Swiss technology provider which has also established offices in the UK and France. The company helps attractions and cultural venues to optimise revenue by providing AI sales optimisation as the core of its unified commerce platform. Attractions can use this to facilitate dynamic pricing and AI-powered cross-selling and upselling recommendations during the customer journey to increase the average visitor value.

Smeetz has confirmed that several team members will be attending IAAPA Expo Europe, including leaders for each of the firm’s markets such as the UK’s Gordon Tole-Moir, France’s Jean-Marc Tillé, and Sarina Erni for DACH, as well as chief revenue officer Liza Tripet.

Smeetz CEO & co-founder Alexandre Martin will also be present, saying: “After attending the trade show as visitors last year in Barcelona, we are really excited for our first time exhibiting at IAAPA Expo Europe. We have already had a lot of success at trade shows since the beginning of the year but we cannot wait to showcase our new unified commerce vision and our amazing product behind it at the biggest Expo for the attractions industry.”

Smeetz product manager Baptiste Guyon, strategic sales manager Jorge Lopes and marketing manager Léa Jouffrey will also be in attendance at the European tradeshow.

The Smeetz team will be hosting ample fun opportunities to socialise, with activities including hop ball races, a silent disco tour and after-show drinks providing an additional networking platform. Activity from the show will be shared on social media with the hashtag #Smeetzfun.

IAAPA Expo Europe 2022 takes place from 12-15 September, with event tickets now also available to book online. Attendees are invited to schedule a meeting in advance with the Smeetz team.

Smeetz recently celebrated the first closing of its Series A financing, securing $4.1M which will help with further investments in research and development.
