Connect&GO, a leader in guest experience engineering and wearable RFID technology for events and attractions, has announced it will provide a fully integrated all-in-one management platform as part of a three-year partnership with Wild Water Adventure Park, ahead of the park’s upcoming season.

The 52-acre Wild Water Adventure Park, one of the biggest in the state, is a family-run water park situated in Central California next to the Sierra Nevada Mountains. With 20 attractions, 38 slides, 30,000 square feet of kiddie activity pools, and the largest wave pool in the state, Wild Water Adventure Park attracts 250,000 visitors a year from a variety of audiences, including thrill-seekers and families with young children.

The park offers a wide range of activities in addition to its slides and pools, making it the ideal location for a day of outdoor enjoyment. These amenities include 125 cabanas, tree-lined grass spaces, fishing lakes, sports grounds, and BBQ places.

Conveniently combining eCommerce tickets, point-of-sale, food and beverage, RFID access control, and cashless payments into one consolidated and user-friendly platform with real-time data is Connect&GO‘s all-in-one management platform, Konnect.

Seamless experiences

The Connect&GO platform can combine data from over 10 distinct sources using proprietary Virtual Wallet technology, RFID wristbands, or straightforward QR codes, in contrast to standard systems that keep data from different aspects of the guest experience separated.

As a result, a contemporary and interconnected ecosystem is created, assisting operators in creating seamless guest experiences that increase revenue, engagement, and profitability.

“We chose to partner with Connect&GO to help streamline our operations and create a guest journey that is simple as possible,” said Wild Water Adventure Park owner Kathy Siggers. “By replacing our legacy solution with a fully integrated platform, we have the flexibility we need to drive revenue and maximize our ROI.”

Driving revenue

This Spring, Wild Water Adventure Park will start utilising the highly creative point-of-sale and customisable eCommerce modules to streamline its operations and cut costs. Additionally, the park will enhance the guest experience with cabana rentals and location-specific mobile food & beverage ordering.

Connect&GO SVP of sales and marketing Tara Morandi adds: “We are very excited to partner with Wild Water Adventure Park to help them drive incremental revenue and increase operational efficiencies.

“Our focus is to help our clients increase revenue and maximize guest engagement by giving them the most flexible and easy-to-use platform to run all aspects of their operations from one place.”

Connect&GO recently announced the release of a new ebook, which aids family entertainment centres to solve three common issues with next-generation technology.
