Nouf Al Moneef, an influential figure in Saudi Arabia’s art and design scene, is currently the festival director of the Noor Riyadh Light Art Festival, one of the world’s most ambitious and expansive light art festivals and part of the larger Riyadh Art initiative. With her leadership, Noor Riyadh has rapidly become a landmark cultural event, blending large-scale light art installations with Riyadh’s urban landscape.
Under her guidance, the festival has gained international acclaim and seen significant expansion, drawing millions of visitors and breaking multiple Guinness World Records for its innovative light displays.
