Coifman has more than 20 years of experience conducting market and financial assessments of projects throughout the Americas, the EMEA region and Asia. At LDP, she carries out studies on standalone attractions and cultural venues, or innovative tourism projects incorporating entertainment, retail and attractions. She provides qualitative and quantitative analysis regarding entertainment concepts and content, as well as strategic development and financial feasibility.
