The 80th WAZA Annual Conference will be taking place in Cali, Colombia, 26 – 30 October 2025. This year’s conference will be hosted by Fundación Zoológica de Cali, or Cali Zoo, an institution dedicated to promoting the natural and cultural heritage of Colombia through connecting people with wildlife and conservation.
2025 marks the 90th anniversary of WAZA and the 80th anniversary of its annual conference. To celebrate the occasion, the conference will reflect on the progress made in advancing conservation efforts and animal welfare over the years. It will also be an opportunity to look to the future, examining the ways in which WAZA can promote its mission and continue to be a globally recognised and trusted leader in the Zoo and Aquarium sector.
WAZA Annual Conference 2025 provides attendees with the opportunity to discuss key issues with like-minded professionals from institutions around the world.
