The Museum of Ice Cream is pitched at millennials, yet its creator wants her visitors to disengage with something ubiquitous in the modern age: the smartphone. “We can give people an experience that is so mind-blowing, their phone is the last thing they’re thinking about,” she told Forbes.

Opened in 2016, the original outlet in Los Angeles will be complemented this winter by a new experience in New York City. Here visitors will be able to slide down a ‘Celestial Subway’ towards a ‘Queen Bee hive’ and giant sprinkle pool, sampling ice cream flavours and treats as they go.
