Firm shares market insights ahead of the event, where it will be at stand FA382

Tyg Tickets, a dynamic, cloud-based ticketing solution for attractions, will be showing at the Family Attraction Expo 2023, which is taking place on 15 and 16 October.

The firm will be at stand FA382 at the event, which is taking place at the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) in Birmingham, UK.

By monitoring and responding to emerging trends in the market, Tyg Tickets works to consistently add value for its clients.

Flexibility with bookings is becoming more important, the firm has revealed. This functionality is provided using the Visitor Apps and Wallet accounts assets in the Tyg Tickets solution, and has become a key feature as visitors are required to manage their bookings themselves.

The firm has also shared the importance of efficient processes and makes this a priority in all of its work.

Maureen Huck, operations manager, told blooloop: “The key to this is the fact that we keep Tyg current. We are continually looking at trends, updating the software, and creating new tools for clients. When we go to marketing events, it’s clear our competitors charge extra for all these additional features.”

“It’s always an absolute pleasure knowing we strive to provide a service that is appreciated by our clients,” adds the firm.

A spokesperson from Church Farm Tea Rooms and Children’s Farm says: “I can highly recommend TYG both in their ticketing service and the after care provided to guide you through all the steps of making a new ticketing system for your business. The team are very kind and helpful and always at the end of the phone for any queries. I can’t thank them enough for all their help, support and patience in setting up a brand new online ticket service for our business.”

Tyg Tickets recently shared details of a project for the Peterborough and District Angling Association, which required the development of new features to meet the unique needs of angling association members.
