Avius, a provider of real-time customer experience solutions including feedback and customer relationship management systems, has been chosen to collect all the EDUSession feedback from attendees at IAAPA Expo 2022 in Orlando.
The firm is using more than 35 handheld devices to collect feedback at all of the education sessions, as well as at the GKTW golf charity event. Ambassadors will pass out the devices in the rooms in the final 15 minutes of each session. The same devices will be used for multiple sessions using Avius’ time/date-based logic branching. All results will be delivered to IAAPA in real-time to resolve any issues.

The company estimates that over 50% of session attendees will leave feedback, which will be available to IAAPA in real-time to make adjustments throughout the show.
