Firm’s integrated ticketing and booking system to debut at trade show in Vienna

Gantner Ticketing, a provider of software for museums, zoos, cultural heritage and visitor attractions, has shared its plans to reveal its all-in-one ticketing and booking solution at IAAPA Europe Expo in Vienna.

IAAPA Expo Europe is taking place 25-28 September in Vienna, and is hosted by Messe Wien Exhibition & Congress Center. Gantner Ticketing will be at booth A-220 on the show floor, which opens on 26 September.

Groundbreaking system

The business will present its eagerly awaited all-in-one solution, which aims to significantly change how visitor attractions handle ticketing, reservations, POS, payments, locker management, and access control.

The IAAPA Europe Expo is one of the most important events in the attractions sector and promises to be the ideal venue for Gantner Ticketing to debut its innovative technology. Delegates can see how this revolutionary solution optimises operations and improves the visitor experience live at the Gantner Ticketing booth, A-220.

By combining omnichannel ticket sales, secure payment processing, locker management, and access control into one streamlined platform, Gantner Ticketing’s all-in-one solution aims to simplify the complex world of attraction administration. This technology enhances operational effectiveness while enabling attractions of all sizes to provide a seamless and straightforward experience to their customers.

The new all-in-one system offers:

  • Omnichannel Ticket Sales. The purchasing process is convenient and flexible as visitors can buy tickets online, at the venue, using mobile apps and at the self-service kiosk.
  • Secure Payment Processing. The system includes comprehensive payment processing capabilities with Enviso Pay, providing safe and hassle-free transactions for both visitors and operators.
  • Locker Management. Attractions can easily manage and allocate lockers, improving guest convenience and security.
  • Access Control. Attractions may optimise visitor flow, decrease bottlenecks, and improve security by implementing advanced access control technologies.

Gantner Ticketing recently partnered with Mjus Resort & Thermal Park, Hungary. The attraction has implemented access control, locker and point of sale solutions from the firm in order to complement the resort and spa’s luxury experience.
