Gateway Ticketing Systems, a leading provider of admission control systems, has shared its plans for the Museums and Heritage Show, where it will showcase its range of innovative solutions designed for the sector’s needs.

The event is taking place from 15 to 16 May at Olympia in London. Gateway will be at booth W13, where visitors will be able to consult with the firm’s experts and explore customised solutions for their organisations.

Joe Marshall, Gateway’s UK managing director, says: “We believe that the Museums and Heritage Show provides an excellent opportunity for professionals in our industry to explore the latest innovations and trends.

“At Gateway Ticketing Systems UK Ltd, we are dedicated to empowering museums and heritage sites with cutting-edge solutions that improve visitor experiences and increase operational efficiency. By visiting us, attendees can learn how our expertise and innovative technologies can help them thrive in an ever-changing environment.”

Extensive event programme

Attendees can visit the Gateway Ticketing Systems booth to explore a wide range of the firm’s solutions, including:

  • Ticketing solutions. Cutting-edge self-service kiosks, smartphone ticketing, and online ticketing systems that improve visitor experience and simplify operations.
  • Access control systems. Providing straightforward access to exhibits and attractions while guaranteeing the security and safety of visitors.
  • Membership management. Helping historical sites and museums nurture relationships with their patrons by providing individualised experiences and exclusive benefits.
  • Analytics and reporting. Valuable insights into visitor behaviour which enable organisations to make data-driven choices regarding their operations and marketing.

The Museums and Heritage Show’s comprehensive programme reflects the continuing evolution of the cultural sector, allowing attendees to learn from industry professionals, explore emerging trends, and share ideas with their peers.

Grant Smith, Gateway’s UK sales executive, comments: “I’m incredibly excited to immerse myself in this vibrant community of cultural professionals. This event provides a one-of-a-kind chance to connect with prominent figures in the industry, explore groundbreaking solutions, and obtain valuable knowledge about the changing landscape of museums and heritage sites.

“I am excited to engage with the attendees, learn from their experiences, and demonstrate how Gateway Ticketing Systems can enable cultural institutions to succeed in today’s dynamic environment.”

Gateway Ticketing Systems recently released information about two user group events which are taking place later this year in London, UK, and Atlanta, US. The unique, specialist events have been developed for users of Gateway Galaxy software and its various products.
