Greenspan Projects Ltd., a creative design and build specialist, has created a Las Vegas-themed mini golf course for Austin’s Park in Texas, US.
Putt Vegas Mini Golf features 12 holes which represent famous buildings and landmarks, such as the Sphere and The Sphinx, quirky props, dramatic lighting, and digital scoring.
A representative from Greenspan explains: “This 12-hole mini golf course promises to transport you to the bright lights of Vegas without the need to hop on a plane!
“The intention is to take each player on a journey through some of the most famous landmarks of the ‘City of Lights’ with a focus on fun and immersive playability.”
Premium materiality
Greenspan has paid careful attention to every detail, from the dancers’ outfits to the carpet’s unique print. Visitors will discover Wow moments as they play the course, with numerous opportunities for Instagram-worthy photos.
Key features of the course include:
- Interactive, challenging gameplay
- LED lighting effects
- Handmade props
- Digital scoring
- Realistic models of buildings and landmarks
Quality is one of Greenspan’s core values, and Austin’s Park wanted to ensure that all finishes were accurate and evocative of the real Vegas setting. As a result, the course is finely crafted with premium materials, complemented by interior decor that evokes an electric atmosphere. This high-end materiality brings the attraction to life.
In addition to the Putt Vegas Mini Golf attraction, Austin’s Park features a wide range of activities including roller coasters, dining, bowling, arcades, laser tag, go-karts, and more.
Greenspan Projects Ltd. recently worked with Gem Lake Hills golf course in Minnesota, US, to redevelop an old driving range to create an accessible 19-hole putting course. The course features 18 challenging and fun holes, ending with a difficult 19th hole that will test even the most experienced golfers. It provides the option of playing either 9 or 19 holes and is ADA-compliant throughout.
