Greenspan Projects partners with Alltid Opplett

Firm will create two 9-hole digital and interactive mini golf courses for a new venue in Norway

Greenspan Projects Ltd., a creative design and build specialist, has revealed that is collaborating with Alltid Opplett in Bergen, Norway, on a 2,200-square-metre venue.

The new attraction is set to feature four street curling courses, six high-tech dart lanes, a karaoke room, two 9-hole digital and interactive mini golf courses and a large bar area.

A spokesperson from the firm says: “This project award is our first in Norway and allows us to put another flag in the ground! We are truly grateful to Alltid Opplet for trusting us with this and are looking forward to delivering another award-winning scheme.”

Creative approach

Paul Havnevik chose Greenspan Projects to build the first mini-golf course in an Alltid Opplett venue after meeting the team at IAAPA in 2023.

“We have chosen to work with Greenspan on this project due to several reasons; they are professional, nice and I have been given nothing but a positive impression of the way they work. They also offer high-end and high-tech products,” says Havnevik. “However, the main reason we have partnered with Greenspan is because of their creativity!”

“I have chosen to include mini golf in this venue because it is a fun activity for all ages and abilities, as well as being a low threshold activity where you can be social and have a drink at the same time.”

Last month, Greenspan Projects Ltd. shared details of its Las Vegas-themed mini golf course for Austin’s Park in Texas, US. Putt Vegas Mini Golf features 12 holes that represent famous buildings and landmarks, such as the Sphere and The Sphinx, quirky props, dramatic lighting, and digital scoring.

A representative from Greenspan explains: “This 12-hole mini golf course promises to transport you to the bright lights of Vegas without the need to hop on a plane! The intention is to take each player on a journey through some of the most famous landmarks of the ‘City of Lights’ with a focus on fun and immersive playability.”
