Installation marks the first phase in the amusement park’s digitisation strategy

purematic, a provider of visitor management and evaluation software solutions for the attractions industry, has announced that it has partnered with Schwaben Park, an amusement park in Kaisersbach, Germany.

The attraction will adopt purematic’s cutting-edge visitor counting technology. This will enable Schwaben Park to track visitor flows in real time, improving the overall visitor experience.

High accuracy delivers valuable insights

Purematic’s latest visitor counters stand out for their exceptional accuracy and reliability. Accurate visitor tracking facilitates better planning and efficient park operations. With real-time data, Schwaben Park can identify peak periods, optimise guest management, and cut wait times. Furthermore, its maximum visitor capacity is regularly monitored to ensure safety.

Andre Hudelmaier, owner and managing director of Schwaben Park, comments: “We are very pleased to have found a competent partner in purematic, who supports us with their advanced technology. The new visitor counters are a crucial part of our digitization strategy and help us provide an even better experience for our guests.”

The firm’s advanced technology combines user-friendly software for data analysis with counting sensors. This enables Schwaben Park to analyse its visitor patterns and identify long-term trends, supporting its strategic planning and the ongoing enhancement of its products.

Michael Post, managing director of purematic, says: “We are proud to support Schwaben Park with our technology. Our visitor counters offer not only high accuracy but also versatile applications. We are confident that Schwaben Park and its guests will benefit from this innovation.”

This implementation marks the start of a series of digitisation initiatives at the park. By implementing state-of-the-art technology and paying close attention to the needs of its guests, Schwaben Park sets a new benchmark in the amusement park sector.

purematic will be at IAAPA Expo Europe, which is being held from 23 to 27 September in Amsterdam. The firm will be exhibiting at booth #8140 in hall 8.
