New 17,000 square foot attraction in Kentucky offers three courses with eclectic theming

Greenspan Projects Ltd., a creative design and build specialist, has shared details of its project to create a 27-hole indoor modular mini golf attraction for PAR3 Putt in Newport on the Levee, Kentucky, US.

This brand-new competitive socialising venue covers more than 17,000 square feet. It has an eclectic atmosphere that is evoked through luxurious finishes and diverse theming, ranging from Nascar racing to a golden toilet, accompanied by food and speciality drinks and cocktails.

Interactive & Instagrammable

Greenspan designed, constructed and installed the 27-hole attraction, which is made up of three 9-hole courses named Ace, Birdy and Eagle.

Every hole has been created to be both enjoyable and demanding. This makes the venue an ideal place for players of all skill levels to put their abilities to the test. The ADA-compliant courses include features like sabotage holes, handcrafted props and interactive gameplay, which provide groups with lots of fun and great Instagramable moments.

Digital scoring makes it easy for players to keep track of their game, with a 22-inch tablet at each hole that displays scores and offers hole-in-one tips and tricks.

Ryan Palmer, project manager at Greenspan Projects, says: “Par 3 was an absolute pleasure to manage through design, procurement and delivery. The amazing Greenspan team worked closely with our client Mo, to bring his vision to life and help put indoor golf on the map in Newport, Kentucky!

“I worked very closely with Mo and our successful collaboration helped drive the project forward to open on time and budget. Throughout the fit out, Mo’s family came to see the progress and it was fantastic to see the happiness on their faces. I cannot wait to return to see how the venue is doing and hope we get to work with Par 3 again on many more venues.”
