Semnox Solutions, a provider of technology for the entertainment and amusement industry, is celebrating the successful deployment of its attraction booking software on its self-service kiosks at Planet Play in Malta.
By introducing this technology to Malta for the first time, Semnox is helping to advance the visitor experience and is raising the bar for the sector.
Advanced kiosk solution
Planet Play Malta features a wide variety of futuristic activities, such as the biggest children’s soft play area on the island, multi-level indoor go-karts, an obstacle ropes course, ice skating rinks, and virtual reality simulators.
Visitors can now reserve these activities more easily. Semnox’s expertise has enabled the seamless integration of attraction booking across several purchasing channels, including self-service kiosks and a session booking machine at Pulse Arena.
For this project, Semnox collaborated with professional services company Grant Thronton, which supported solution mapping and installation. Its digital consulting team specialises in technology-driven company transformations and provides innovative, customer-centric solutions for challenging organisational challenges.
A spokesperson from Grant Thronton says: “Our technology consulting team identified Semnox as the most suitable partner to deliver the project. With implementations in over two thousand sites worldwide and household names like Chuck E. Cheese in their portfolio, they had all the credentials to make this engagement a success story.”
