Martin & Vleminckx, a leader in the design, manufacture, fabrication, and installation of thrill attractions, will be exhibiting at IAAPA Expo 2024 in Orlando from 19 – 22 November, and the team will showcase several innovations at its booth, including a brand-new design for the G-Storm.
The G-Storm is an impressive architectural feature that transports a gondola of passengers along a track between two towers, gliding back and forth.
The distinctive track system enables the gondola to thrill passengers as it glides over water, land, or any environment, thanks to its customisable tower spacing. This adaptability helps parks to optimise their space and create unique visual spectacles that attract visitors.
An “unforgettable ride experience”
In addition to its eye-catching design, the G-Storm is built for efficiency: it requires minimal maintenance, is budget-friendly, and can be customised to suit the duration and intensity of rides, aligning with operators’ particular objectives for guest experiences and operations.
“There’s nothing like the G-Storm in terms of versatility and guest impact,” says Nathan Jones, president and partner at Martin & Vleminckx. “It’s an unforgettable ride experience with a design that park owners can adapt to fit their vision.”
Martin & Vleminckx will present G-Storm alongside its range of patented thrill rides and wooden roller coasters at IAAPA Expo 2024. To arrange a meeting in advance, please contact the team by email.
Martin & Vleminckx is celebrating its 40th anniversary in 2024. It was founded in 1984 when Ghislain Martin and Alain Vleminckx combined their passions for construction and amusement parks. Over four successful decades, the company has become synonymous with roller coasters and amusement park attractions. It has built a reputation for outstanding craftsmanship and timely and cost-effective project completion.
Earlier this year, Martin & Vleminckx also discussed the key features of thrill rides, their differentiating features, and their potential to enhance a park’s visitor numbers.
