New retail location coming to Texas‘ largest shopping mall

Experiential retailer Camp is expanding with its 10th store, opening at The Galleria in Houston in February 2025.

The new 7,500-square-foot retail location is coming to The Galleria, the largest shopping mall in Texas, and the seventh largest in the US.

It will debut with the Bluey x Camp retail experience, created in collaboration with BBC Studios and the show’s producers Ludo Studio.

Camp’s venues serve as toy stores, party venues and immersive theatre spaces. Behind Camp’s signature Magic Door in Houston, guests will discover Bluey’s home – a 5,000-square-foot house inspired by the TV show.

Visitors will play Bluey games like Magic Asparagus and Keepy Uppy, show off their dance moves as “dance mode” is activated, climb through a two-storey pillow fort and a cardboard box castle with slides, and find hidden Easter eggs from Bluey episodes.

Also, guests will watch short Bluey animations by Ludo Studio, take selfies with Bingo and Bluey in a meet-and-greet experiences, and shop for exclusive Bluey x Camp merchandise.

Like all Camp stores, the new location will include a retail space with a slime creation station, a splatter room, and a party room for birthdays.

“Opening our brand-new Camp store in Houston is a huge milestone, and we couldn’t be more excited to bring the magic of Camp to Southeast Texas, further expanding our regional footprint,” said Jenica Myszkowski, Camp’s CEO.
