New haunt company combines immersive storytelling and cutting-edge tech

Potioncast, a tech-driven haunt experience, is taking its customisable scares and immersive storytelling to Orlando this summer.

Per a press release, Potioncast is rewriting the rules of haunted houses with its concept; a fully customisable horror experience using interactive technology to put guests in control.

The new experience is created for families and Halloween enthusiasts who love the spooky season but don’t want constant jump scares.

Customisable scares, immersive storytelling

Potioncast describes itself as “a high-growth, tech-driven company building the future of immersive Halloween entertainment”.

Its attractions blend theme park-level storytelling, cinematic set design, and cutting-edge technology.

“Potioncast is launching a nationwide Halloween brand that redefines the haunted attraction industry,” it said in a press release.

“Summerween” haunt launches this year

Potioncast will debut Orlando’s first-ever “Summerween” haunt this year. After this summer run, the attraction will relocate to West Palm Beach for the Halloween season.

Each year, Potioncast will debut a new haunt experience with enhanced technologies.

The Potioncast concept comes amid a growing trend for personalised and interactive entertainment, particularly in the Halloween sector.

“Haunted houses have always been one-size-fits-all,” said Hunter Dyess, founder of
Potioncast.

“We’re changing that. Potioncast adapts to you, whether you love heart-pounding scares or just want to soak in the Halloween atmosphere.”
