Felix & Paul Studios, a leader and pioneer in creating and producing virtual, augmented, and mixed-reality experiences, has announced that public tickets for Interstellar Arc will go on sale today, Monday 28 July 2025, at www.interstellararc.com.
Launching exclusively at Area15 in Las Vegas this autumn, Interstellar Arc combines cinematic storytelling with advanced mixed-reality technology, inspired by real-world space exploration.
“Interstellar Arc is the next evolution of entertainment,” says Félix Lajeunesse, co-founder and chief creative officer at Felix & Paul Studios.
“You’re not passively watching the story of space travel, you’re actively experiencing it with all of your senses. Some of our early participants have described the experience as ‘visually beautiful and surreal.’ One even described the moment of waking from cryosleep as ‘a shockingly real and immersive experience,’ which is exactly the kind of emotional realism we set out to achieve.”
Emotional depth, social connection, and cinematic detail
Guests start their journey in the 24th century from the Las Vegas spaceport. After boarding the Interstellar Arc, they enter cryogenic sleep and wake up 262 years later as they near their destination. During the experience, voyagers wake up from cryosleep and regain their memories, piecing together why they decided to become interstellar travellers and what lies ahead on this new world.
The entire experience takes place within a specially designed venue at Area15, offering a collective, immersive cinematic journey that goes beyond traditional virtual reality. Interstellar Arc immerses visitors at the heart of the story like never before.
Early participants praised Interstellar Arc for its emotional depth, social connection, and cinematic detail. Others appreciated the freedom to explore a new world, the evocative sound design, and the sense of wonder that left them “eager to explore more.”
Felix & Paul Studios leads in immersive media and produced the first cinematic mixed-reality project filmed in space. Its Emmy Award-winning portfolio features ongoing collaborations with Cirque du Soleil, Jurassic World, and Space Explorers: The ISS Experience, the largest production ever filmed in space.
Interstellar Arc, the studio’s most ambitious project yet, combines the emotional impact of film with scientifically accurate content developed over ten years through collaborations with NASA and the International Space Station.
Other tenants announced for the Area15 expansion include Burning Man’s famous Boeing 747, The Escape Game, and Universal Horror Unleashed.
