Design
P&P Projects can work in any stage of a project, from blue-sky design thinking, to technical design and the eventual production. When designing, we always keep construction and installation in mind; we strive to design what can actually be built and then experienced by guests.
We can to provide a thematic base and story for our clients that is tailor-made to the target audience, or we can work based on a client’s brief – anything is possible. We then develop this idea into a narrative concept that is the foundation for the entire experience.
We can also provide master planning, where we coordinate and collaborate with other parties, such as ride manufacturers, to elevate the design to a higher level.
During the concept design stage, our creative teams will look at the detail of themed areas, rides and scenes. This includes character design, interior and exterior design, and industrial design.
During the schematic design phase, the final shape and aesthetics of the experience are developed. Mood boards are developed into more definitive designs and 3D massing models. P&P Projects can also create detailed 3D models that can be walked through in Virtual Reality.
We then move to the detailed design stage, where we provide individual element drawings, operational plans and more. We can provide support with lighting design, AV design and the development of facility design and more.
P&P Projects will then move to the technical design. The engineering team works with the creative team to develop technical designs for the experience.
