New immersive & VR experiences
TITANIC: The Artifact Exhibition has been seen by more than 35 million visitors worldwide and includes an unmatched selection of 250 authentic objects, collected by RMS Titanic, Inc. from the wreck site.
These objects tell the true stories of Titanic passengers and crew, and together with meticulously recreated rooms, such as the iconic Grand Staircase, transport visitors back to the ship’s first and final voyage in April 1912.
In addition to following the stories of those onboard the ship, the exhibition also highlights the continuing efforts to retrieve artefacts and preserve the Titanic wreck site for scientific and historical study.
Gautam Chandna, EVP business development, E/M Group, says: “After an incredibly successful run in Boston, we’re thrilled to bring the enhanced Artifact Exhibition to Toronto, featuring never-before-seen immersive and VR experiences.
“This official exhibition delivers a deeply engaging journey, leaving no stone unturned in telling the ship’s remarkable story—and we know it will leave visitors in awe.”
Titanic was a significant event in world history, and its stories of bravery, love, fear, and difficult choices as the “unsinkable” ocean liner met disaster have fascinated the public for decades.
Tomasina Ray, director, RMS Titanic, says: “While the story of Titanic resonates around the world, Toronto holds a unique place in its legacy.
“We’re excited to bring this powerful history to a new generation through the artifacts recovered directly from the wreck site and a unique immersive experience, to highlight the meaningful connections between Toronto and this unforgettable voyage.”
E/M Group recently opened TITANIC: The Artifact Exhibition in Barcelona. Earlier in the year, the exhibition returned to Bratislava, Slovakia, having previously shown in the city in 2015.
