Connect&GO, a leader in guest experience engineering and wearable RFID technology for events and attractions, will provide the Konnect all-in-one management platform to Le Rond-Point Milieu de jeux, a new FEC coming to Quebec this spring.
Le Rond-Point is a cutting-edge playground with a range of kid-friendly features, including play structures, slides, and more. Three moms and businesswomen (who jointly own Quebec’s Halte Construction Company) came up with the idea for the FEC as a location where kids can create enduring memories while having fun in a secure setting.
Daily, monthly, and annual passes will be available, along with birthday parties, day camps, a video gaming section created in partnership with Arcade Mobile, a cafeteria with a dining space, and a gift store.
A hassle-free experience
The Connect&GO platform, aptly called Konnect, will be used by Le Rond-Point for eCommerce ticketing (including add-ons), point-of-sale, F&B, and retail. Visitors can check in at Le Rond-Point using a QR code on their smartphone when they arrive. All of the visitor’s credentials for the day, including entrance and any add-ons like workshops or arcade packages, will be stored in the QR code.
“We want to create a hassle-free experience for our guests from purchasing online to entering our venue,” says Myriam Campeau, co-founder and director of general happiness at Le Rond-Point. “The Connect&GO platform is easy to use and feature-rich. It offers everything we need to drive online sales and offer a smooth on-site arrival.”
A cloud-based all-in-one management platform, Konnect combines data from more than 10 different sources to build a contemporary and interconnected environment. The Konnect platform integrates cashless payments, point-of-sale, food and beverage, and RFID access management into one unified, user-friendly system with real-time data, using proprietary Virtual Wallet technology, RFID wearables, or straightforward QR codes.
“We are thrilled to partner with Le Rond-Point to help them create a frictionless guest experience and drive revenue,” says Dominic Gagnon, CEO of Connect&GO. “We are dedicated to helping our clients simplify operations and maximize guest engagement with our next-generation technology.”
The company has also recently provided its award-winning Konnect platform to Wild Water Adventure Park, a 52-acre water park venue in central California.
