Gantner Ticketing celebration

Gantner Ticketing, a provider of software for museums, zoos, cultural heritage and visitor attractions, has announced that it achieved its highest turnover to date last year. It reached this milestone despite the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, having welcomed several new clients over the last 12 months.

The company has once again increased its market share in the ticketing and booking industry. It began working with over 40 new customers in 2021, including attractions in France, Hungary, Iceland and the North Pole.

More operators are opting for Gantner Ticketing’s solutions, needing a company that provides complete ticketing and booking systems, with cloud and/or on-premises options. These customers also benefit from the company’s multi-lingual 24/7 support.

Gantner Ticketing’s straightforward all-in-one approach, which includes the provision of both hardware and software, leaves its customers to focus on what really matters: creating unforgettable visitor experiences.

The list of new customers includes the Pernod Ricard Group which has multiple visitor centres worldwide, the Paris National History Museum, Parc Zoologique de Paris, Sky Lagoon Reykjavik, The World Rugby Experience in Limerick, Saudi Rawae Water Park, Norwegian Svalbard Leisure Centres,  Hungarian Mjus World Resort & Thermal Park, the new Silvretta Center in Ischgl and Moco Museums in Amsterdam and Barcelona.

In addition, many of the company’s long term key customers also strengthened their partnership with Gantner Ticketing for the future.

“We would like to thank our customers and partners for their trust during the challenging 2021,” says Edwin Hemkes, managing director of Gantner Ticketing. “We look forward to new exciting projects in 2022 and further close cooperation with our existing customers.”

Last year, Gantner Ticketing announced the launch of Enviso, its new cloud-based ticketing and integrated payment solution for the leisure industry. With this, the company has drawn on its more than 35 years of experience in the industry to develop a future-proof system.
