Firm will present the immersive experience which features floor-to-ceiling projections

Soft Play, a global leader in innovative and safe children’s playground equipment, has shared its plans to present its Gameparx system at the IAAPA Expo 2023.

Spectacular floor-to-ceiling visuals

The Gameparx console is the first play experience available that is completely immersive without a need for a headset.

It enables users to enter a world of endless engagement, possibilities, and narrative-driven gameplay. Immersive floor-to-ceiling visuals transport players to a universe where gaming combines with real-world experiences.

The Soft Play booth (#1369) at the IAAPA Expo will showcase how virtual gameplay can be combined with an immersive environment, to offer users of all ages and skill levels endless entertainment with friends and family. This is achieved through the use of spectacular visuals which are projected from floor to ceiling, in a unique immersive experience where users have full control.

Soft Play Gameparx IAAPA family experience

Infinite Kingdoms and Soft Play collaborated with the common objective of uniting people all over the world using immersive and interactive play. The two industry leaders understand the profound need for human interaction and the importance of play in fulfilling this need. Although technology and gaming have been trying to replicate play-centred interactions for some time, they have not been able to fully achieve this until recently.

Soft Play has nearly four decades of experience in creating innovative, age-specific experiences tailored to the needs of its clients and their visitors. Gameparx offers a new way to play together which can adapt and update without requiring any physical environment changes. The system offers venues an attraction with countless applications, audiences, and capabilities that will encourage return visits.

Soft Play recently shared details of how it is assisting customers in repurposing vacant IMAX theatres. A successful space exploration project Planet Play at Kennedy Space Center in Orlando, Florida, marked Soft Play’s initial entry into this market sector and has attracted interest from other attractions with comparable requirements.
