Disney Cruise Line has shared a first look at some of the updates coming to the Disney Dream later this year.
The Disney Dream will feature revamped spaces for young guests. At the Oceaneer Club, the new Marvel WEB [Worldwide Engineering Brigade] Workshop will allow visitors to test new suit prototypes for Spider-Man and other heroes, and conduct training simulations using WEB technology. Mentors from the Avengers will visit the workshop, too.
At the Edge tween club, there will be new features including access to an outdoor deck with a ball pit and recreational games. Also, Edge will include a club lounge and dance floor.
Up at the funnel suite, this is becoming the new ‘Dream Tower Suite’, inspired by the Dream’s stern character, Sorcerer Mickey, and themed to Fantasia.

The Disney Dream will also offer an expanded concierge lounge inspired by Hercules and the heavenly Mount Olympus.
The ship’s spa will have a refreshed check-in area and is being expanded to include new treatment rooms. Additionally, a new dining outlet on Deck 11 will be a popular cantina selling tacos, burritos and bowls.
In recent weeks, Disney has unveiled some of the new experiences planned for its latest ships, the Disney Adventure and the Disney Treasure.
The former will house seven themed zones with immersive experiences inspired by Disney, Pixar and Marvel created in collaboration with Walt Disney Imagineering.

Highlights include a poolside retreat themed to Moana, an entertainment area inspired by Big Hero 6, and a Toy Story water play zone.
As for the Disney Treasure, this will boast an Aristocats-themed lounge in addition to a Haunted Mansion bar.
The Disney Treasure ship sets sail later this year, and the Disney Adventure sails from Singapore in 2025. They are part of a multi-year expansion of the Disney Cruise Line fleet.
