Innovation, hospitality & heritage
The 2024 event will include the brand-new Hospitality@CSI, which includes 20 exhibitors and a dedicated programme of content. The new zone acknowledges how hospitality interior design works together with hospitality products to influence visitor experience, increase efficiencies, and deliver brand identity to each guest.
Cruise brands are investing in the latest innovations to provide unforgettable experiences which are available exclusively at sea. The Cruise Xperience Innovation Summit (CXI) will debut this year at CSI Europe to highlight suppliers who create seamless services, facilities, and experiences, as well as buyers who need to access expertise to give their projects the wow factor.

The Cruise Ship Interiors Awards return on 5 December. 2024 marks the fifth year of the awards which highlight the very best in cruise ship interior design, from fantastic small ships to environmentally friendly products. This year’s new categories include Best Onboard Experience, Best Refurbished Space, and Galley Innovation of the Year.
This year’s event will highlight Europe’s craft and artisanal heritage. Over half of the exhibitors have been in business for more than 50 years, and several have over a century of experience and expertise.
Buyers looking to communicate design stories centred on history, skill, and luxury will be able to discuss their ideas with experts from Marca Corona, one of Italy’s oldest porcelain tile manufacturers, British retailer John Lewis, Fincanteiri’s turnkey team Marine Interiors, and other suppliers such as Laticrete, Sifas, Welbilt, MKN, and Groupe GM.
Last month, CSI announced that its founders have launched two new events; Cruise Xperience Innovation Summit Europe which will take place from 4 to 5 December 2024, and Cruise Xperience Innovation Summit Americas will be held from 3 to 4 June 2025.
The new events join CSI Americas, Cruise Ship Interiors Design Expo Europe, and the CSI+ membership platform.
