Attractions.io, a leading creator of mobile visitor apps, has released the Digital Guest Experience Health Check, a three-minute scorecard which aims to help attractions pinpoint areas of friction throughout the visitor journey, from pre- to post-visit.
This new tool responds to findings in the 2024 Digital Guest Experience Report. This revealed that 56% of visitors are dissatisfied with the digital experiences offered at attractions, indicating an increasing gap between expectations and reality.
In just 20 questions, the Digital Guest Experience Health Check helps digital teams identify issues in their current strategy, offering actionable insights to minimise obstacles and improve visitor satisfaction.

A fresh look at digital strategy
Operators have a detailed knowledge of their attractions, yet the daily challenges that visitors face can easily be overlooked. By providing a new perspective, the Health Check helps teams to take an objective look at their digital strategy.
The assessment provides a performance score across four key areas: guest experience, operational agility, revenue optimisation, and feedback and loyalty, together with personalised recommendations based on the operator’s responses.
This draws from Attractions.io’s 15 years of experience working with leading attractions such as Six Flags, Merlin Entertainments and Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex.

In May, Attractions.io attended SEA Expo 2025 at the Experience UK booth.
