The Lost Estate (TLE), a leading immersive performance and hospitality company in the UK, is seeking a new sales and marketing director to lead the business into its next stage of growth.

This key hire arrives at a crucial point as TLE prepares for significant expansion throughout the UK and globally, aiming to increase revenue from £20 million to over £50 million in the next phase.

With over 250,000 guests welcomed and a category-defining blend of world-class storytelling, performance, and premium hospitality, The Lost Estate is now focused on expanding its immersive entertainment experiences globally.

The Lost Estate continues to grow

The new hire will report directly to the founders and have full P&L responsibility for the company’s omnichannel marketing, as well as direct involvement in box office and sales operations.

This new leadership role involves developing and executing a data-driven growth strategy, launching major new experiences, building a high-performing team, and increasing brand visibility across every touchpoint — from paid media and SEO to PR, memberships, and retention.

As the company grows, this appointment underscores a strategic investment in enhancing commercial leadership, gaining deeper customer insights, and expanding the global brand. It signifies a new phase for The Lost Estate, welcoming top talent to lead TLE’s internal marketing team as the company advances from £20 million UK success to a £50 million+ international entertainment leader.
