Using Pladia, visitor attractions can design, guide and manage on-site guest experiences. Using real-time statistics, adaptable content, interactive maps and accessibility features, operators can create engaging and individual journeys for a variety of visitors.

Visitor Apps

Pladia’s white-label visitor apps offer both in-house and personal (BYOD) devices and can be delivered through a PWA (progressive web app) for instant, browser-based experiences, or natively on both iOS and Android.

The apps can be branded to fit your brand identity. Help contextualise your visitor’s journey by offering object content and created experiences. The app also allows for wayfinding, with points of interest added to an interactive map. Visitors are also presented with nearby objects they can explore. And our sponsorship module helps to bring in new revenue streams.

Plus, you can offer text, audio and images in multiple languages with dynamic text to accommodate diverse user needs. Ensure visitors have an inclusive experience, with descriptions, menus and alt text for images being read aloud with screen reader for vision-impaired visitors.
